Get your ass out and vote!

So election day is just around the corner, August 24th, to be exact. Have you done your research as to who you want to vote for? Hmmm???  If not get on it!

For the Yumans who read our blog, here's a link for an article posted by the Yuma Daily Sun on who's running:
Meet state candidates vying for your vote.

There you while find a list of all the people running within Arizona; Democrats, Republicans, Green, and Libertarians they've got them all. So check it out if you need more guidance on which schmo is running. Or if you'd like the full list of people you can always go to the Arizona Department of State website. They usually list the candidate's official website where they post what they are going for.

Well, have at it guys and get out and vote or don't say shit and complain later if you don't.

PS. Remember that on the day of the election you have until 7pm to get your polling place. So, no bullshitting and say oh I can't go 'cause I have to work in the morning. You can go right after work if you get out at 5pm like most. Or remember to sign up for an early ballot next time like I did!

I always sign up for an early ballot b/c I hate standing in line. As far as who I'm voting for...who knows! They all suck!

I do need to continue reading the huge book on them though & start filling in the bubbles.

Did you already get your ballot & send it in? I have the book but I don't remember getting the ballot...hmmm. I guess I better check or I'll be stuck in line after all!

I always see voting as voting for the lesser of two evils. They'll all screw you in the end, might as well try and choose the one will screw you over less.

I didn't a huge book... sometimes we get it sometimes we don't. But yes, I got my ballot a couple of weeks ago and already sent it in.

The rest of the peps in my house have yet to fill theirs in... I keep telling them but it won't be the first time they wait until the last min to fill it out and then have to drop it off at the polling place.

I agree about them screwing you anyway but that's why you have to read on what they plan to accomplish & their beliefs b/c if you just don't agree at all, there's a very fat chance you won't vote for them at all!

Voting blows either way you look at it; they still end up appointing whoever. I do still think that elections are pre-planned. We just think WE have a say as to who gets elected.

Corrupt mofos!!
