For the longest time I had been putting off going to the doctor and finally I decided enough was enough. I turned twenty-eight years old this year in September and I had not once been to have an actual women's health check up. I know I'm horrible. For some reason or another, I was deathly afraid to get checked out. I didn't want some creepy doc checking out my naughty bits and worse what if they actually found something wrong with me???
Seriously though ladies, I encourage you to get over your fears if you are like me. Make that appointment and make sure you are "code 4." It's better to catch this stuff early than to wait until its far to late to anything about it. And remember you only have to do it once a year. ;)
