Holiday Feasts

How do people tell their holiday feasts apart? In other words, what makes them different? I know most people stick to the traditional Thanksgiving dinner of Turkey with all the trimmings.  However, what do people normally do for Christmas? Turkey again? Duck? How about New Years?

Mexicans celebrate it with tamales, posole, menudo, etc. for Christmas so I'm curious as to what people eat for Christmas, please do tell...

Hmmm, I curious too. I think they usually eat turkey again. No? Or perhaps ham? I want to try ham but we'll probably just end up eating posole... probably not tamales this year 'cause they take freaken forever! LOL.

Well, I'm actually making tamales this year cuz C really wanted some. So, I said to him, "I'll only make them if you help me." He agreed.

However, this Sunday when I made a trial batch, he chickened out as soon as he saw ALL THE PREP it took. P*&*y! lol My nephew, M ended up helping me finish them.

C is soooo going to pay & help me on Friday early morning cuz there will be nobody else there! ;)
