Stand Up Straight! Stop Slouching!

Remember when your mom used to tell you that? "Porque vas a quedar jorobada!" (Because you'll end up hunchback!). We just ignored it & moved on but there is some truth to the whole: Stand Up Straight! Stop Slouching! thing.

There are some short & sweet exercises to do to help relieve some of your neck, shoulders & back tension too!  Nice!!

Cool. I'm terrible with my posture most of the time. Sometimes I'll remember to stand or sit straight but its rare. And it seriously does feel better when you stand and sit properly.

After my last car accident my chiropractor gave a variety of exercises to help with the tension headaches that you get from injury or bad posture. I'll post them if I can find them.

I don't even need to say it but I have a horrible posture and I never sit up straight. You guys are right I always feel much better when I sit correctly but I hardly ever do.

@CriminologNerd if you find the exercises do post them...I think they would be awesome to try.
