Ever wondered why some people are able to stick with exercise? Well, If you exercise for the well being benefits rather than loosing weight, you are more than likely to stick with it longer. :) I so agree! That's how I stuck with it 2 years ago. I just need to get in that same mindset again...it's been hard to! Here are more reasons to keep exercising.

I never eat before I leave for my morning walk or bike ride. But that was never because I knew not to eat before doing exercise, it was just that I was afraid of upchucking it. LOL.
But ya, I didn't know about not eating before doing your exercise before the booger told me like two weeks or so ago. That totally contradicts what my gym teacher in high school told me.
