The Sheriff of Pima county is totally right about SB1070. Check out what he had to say in his video... it's kinda hard to hear what the questions are that are being asked though, so use earphones.
So glad I watched this & that someone is on our side. I keep hearing people who are for the bil argue about this one over & over. They are kidding themselves only because they are not hispanic. I'd love to see them be in our shoes for 1 day. They'd understand the severity of racial discrimination that already still exists today. Add to that this stupid new bill & you've got yourself total racial discrimination!
This bill truly is a waste of our tax dollars & law enforcement time. They already do detain & deport people so why do we need this bill? He's right, if any of the law enforcement gets sued for not doing/doing their job in accordance to the bill, we're all screwed. It's an economic impact for the whole state!!
