There you have the Justice Department has decided to file suit against Arizona in regards to SB1070. I so called it on what they would sue them on!
The D.O.J. says that the new state law "illegally intrudes on federal prerogatives and will seek a preliminary injunction to stop the legislation from taking effect." Can you say PREEMPTION!?! Fed trumps state... always.

Of course they were going to do that. Federal law always comes before state law.
