I keep wanting to type Sypmton instead of Symptom...had to stop & think there. lol My brain is off I'm telling you! Anyway, I found this neat little tool online as a reference guide for symptoms & what could be the causes.
I don't know how well it works since I have yet to confirm the cause(s) of my symptoms but I figure it's worth a shot. If nothing else other than to serve a starting point: Symptom Check. If anyone has proven it to work, let me know & I'll be sure to do the same. :)

I've never used that one before. I've used the WebMD symptom checker one though.
I tried out the one that you just posted because I was having a pain right around my liver area and I wanted to see what it would tell me. Apparently I'm pregnant. Hahahaha.
I think the symptom checker needs to ask more specific questions to actually work or give one a relative idea of what's going on.
You're preggo...with triplets! lol Good One! I agree it needs better questions.
I was researching my nausea/ovary pain. It asked me if I was pregnant & I thought, "hmmm...idk, am i?" I mean, if I was, I don't think i'd be on there. lol
It gave me 2 possible reasons I could be having nausea & none of them was being pregnant b/c I answered no on that question. lol
I still think it's all a cause of the birth control, which thankfully is now out & slowly coming out of my system.
